'slip Back Into Me'

a million thoughts in my head
none of them constructive or so it seems
even though it keeps me awake
peace needs to find me again,
just in case my coordinates are flawed
just in case my compass lost direction
I need to embrace my space

slip back into me

not some watered down version of what people need me to be

I think I need to take note of this, Missy-- I love that line, embracing your space-- can I kidnap it? I mean if ever there comes a time that i do actually write something. Sigh. Thanks for passing by my poem-- I wish you a year filled with God's grace as well! mwahugs!

I felt so good reading this Wilma, now I know I am not the only one wandering around wondering what life is all about. Everytime I feel I might know, the knowledge eludes me. How are you sweetie, Hope your new year is off to a great start! :)
