Sleeveless

bare shoulders ripple
straining with unseen weight
scarred biceps bulge
saturated by interior rain
veins bursting forth
exploding from darkness
forearms swell abnormally
hiding suppressed emotion
fingers clutch frantically
for a heart shattering......
