Sleepy Beauty

Dear wife,

Laying down, silent lucidity slips into REM....

No more thoughts of the day,
No more talk for tonight,
I sit looking at you drift off to the sea of dreams and floating clouds ferrying you to the dream-light express.

Your porcelain skin,
Your pillow shaped lips,
Everything feels right...
looking at you sleep,
my dear wife,

I gently kiss your check,
and wish you a good night sleep.

I feel me board my ferry to my cloud to meet you in our dream.
