Sleepless Night
Could not sleep last night
So many thoughts entering my mind
Pushing them out to no avail
Locked in sleep limbo
Tossing and turning
Thought I listened
Thought I helped
Not sure
Maybe
Understanding O.K.
Person hearing my words who knows
Lost one already
not again
