The stars are shining just for you
On one of them the Sand Man waits
To open up the dreaming gates
and let them flow for you to choose
So close your eyes, my little one, my little one
Think about where you'd like to go
Of what you'll do when you get there
I know there will be fun to share
Let your imagination grow
Good night, sleep tight, my little one, my little one
I'll see you when the night is through
Then you can tell me 'bout your dream
Of all the things that you had seen
And all the places you went to
