Sleep Tight

Sleep tight my little lovely,
for Daddy is always here.
Dream only dreams of beauty and color.
You have nothing then to fear.
That dream you said you ran
from that monster under your bed
was only your imagination.
It was only in your head.
I’m glad you came and woke me
so I could hold you tight.
So sleep tight my little lovely,
for Daddy’s here tonight.
