Notes About The Poem

Sleep Baby Sleep - Nursery Rhyme 2

Sleep Baby Sleep
Little baby let me rock you to sleep Angels will watch over you, do not weep Visit places you've never seen before Lots of adventures for you to explore. Meet Dinosaurs, they have wings and can fly They offer rides right up high in the sky They're enormous and fly supersonic Hold tight, they shoot off spry as a rocket. You’ll be seeing stars with a bird’s eye view And the man in the moon’s face, up close too The Dinosaur will bring you safely home And fly himself back to his aerodrome. Dream of all things wonderful through the night Awake in the morning refreshed and bright.

What a sweet lullaby for a little one, Belle. It is almost like a sonnet serenade for a child. Congratulations on your win! Blessings of sweet dreams and winged dinosaurs!

Lovely nursery rhyme. I don't have trouble to sleep, but always have ugly drams. Ah you can't have everything in this life.

Thank you Victor, sorry to hear you have ugly dreams, I’ll make a wish upon a star that only beautiful dreams are sent to where you are... Belle

WoW! Belle, You hit the ball out the park with this write. I would read this to my own baby, getting them ready to go to sleep. I liked how you encouraged a child to use their imagination. You could write nursery rhymes/children's books. I saw that when you were retelling those fairy tales. Excellent job. Congrats in advance. Have a great evening:-) Alexis
