Sleep
If sleep was my lover
I’d have it all the time
We’d denim discover
Lavender love isn’t blind
We’d be too hot for covers
And steam up satin sheets
Never would have another
Cuddling next to mocha me
If sleep was my lover yes
I’d be well rested for sure
No more of this loneliness
Kente kisses as cranberry cure
I’d be like a baby in crib
Without a care for teal time
For a goodnight kiss I'd live
Living dreams in my mind
