Sleep

Whether it insomnia,
often I cannot sleep !
When it happens
sometimes I am afraid of sleep
thinking it like dead
for some hours.
Yet as I suffer 
I spoke in my mind,
be it like dead
let me sleep
for sleeplessness so torturous.

oh wow, I really get this one.I had major insomnia several years ago. my only solution was to seek a good sleeping aid. i hate to have to depend on drugs but it is the ONLY drug I use and I am using less of it now than I used even last year. I tried all kinds of natural things and none worked and even most prescription drugs did not work either. Only Temazapan works for me.
