Sky Fall

Sky Fall The sky cries with me today…. I am drowning in Alice’s salty pool Feeling far too small in a big world That has engulfed me with its injustice. The warmth of my tears Doesn't temper the windy chill That hails across my course But burns with bitterness. Let my rain replenish With showers of hope That through this desolate place May run a renewing stream.
