Six Days To Remember

My mind remember the days
when we rarely were afar
my heart is filled with all those years
that we have spent apart
my lips remember times
when I felt your tender kiss
my spirit remember the days
when we were just two young kids
my eyes remember when
your smile made my day
my thoughts reflect on days
when we were young and carefree
two hearts filled with humor
we shared laughter many days
my soul is filled with memories
of what drove two souls away
my ears remember the times
when you called me sweetheart
my body remember the days
when your touch was all I thought
six days to remember
all the love that we shared
all the gaps in the years
six days to remember
you will finally be here.
