Sitting On the Bank

Am sitting on the bank of
The river end..
Holding my head in my
Hands
Barely contained, yet I
Sustain..
While the sun slips in
The distant sky..
The moonlight glitters
And catches the fireflies
From the yesterday
Nights..
So softly put away for
Memories of all the
Yesterdays mourn..
My head held low as the
Stars animation entertain
My spirit..
To claim my spirit in a
Brighter sun in a world of
Love and light..
