Sit Beside Me
Sit beside me
let me hold you in my arms
when the rain cascades within the trees
and the thunder rumbles loud and boisterous
let me put my arms around you
keep you safe and protected from the storm,
I am here. ready, willing and able
to love you as I always have
to the end of forever
sit down here, beside me.
