Sisters Riot
Was it spontaneous?
Now I’m broken.
Was it worthwhile?
Because it’s permanently scarred.
Sorry?
Joy and love,
Consumed me, when I saw you.
Instead, the devilish grin you sent,
Put a dagger,
To my heart.
Blinded, was I.
For thinking, ‘blood is thicker than water.’
Yet, the soul is such an impeccable thing;
Even your own blood,
Can turn you over.
Thus in time, ‘we forgive and forget’
And we shan’t see face to face.
Why? You might ask.
I’m six under, with your dagger in my heart.
