Sisterly Love
Why, doesn't the ocean sing?
Her melodious hum, calms all wind and soul.
In such nights, when you sing the world to sleep,
With the skies clear and bright,
Peace rides upon the wind.
What do you miss, dear ocean?
Is it the kiss of the silvery night queen
upon the cheek of your waves?
Why do you roar,
It's only a cloud that covers her,
She hasn't gone away.
Oh, how your panic does make me shiver!
Underneath dark angry clouds,
You scream and yell
You fight to see a glimpse of your friend?
No one but she, the moon herself,
Shall be you healing touch and soothe.
Why, doesn't the ocean sing?
Fear not, for your sisterly love
Penetrates through the thickest wall of clouds.
