Sinking Grace

Lost in a sea of many
A search for a little ferry
                                      Searchlights escape her fall
As she sank with beauty raw

                                      Beneath the gleaming surface
                                      She twirls with no encore
                                      O abyss of nature's bosom
                                      Applaud the pending doom

On deck her crew lay spent
                                      And time their only friend

Your words are well chosen and convey a meaning that flows smoothly into the next line of thought. Emile.
