Most of the time, the man bails, after looking for new and strange. Caught by a subtle slip instead of being a man, accepting his faults, apologizing for injuries to your heart and soul, he takes the easy way out, leaving you alone, unable to take ownership of his own behavior. Instead he chooses to throw away your precious love and devotion, to fulfill moments of gratification, he needs to bolster his weak and arrogant ego. I can only hope you find support to fill the void so callously created, in someone who won’t take you for granted, and can love you for who you are, not what he wants you to be.
