Sing Out

Sing out!

Sing out! Oh my sweet song of summertime.
Fill all the world with mirth, and beat the drum!
Skip waters over rocks in their bed.
Let the sun linger on its way.

Sing out! Oh my sweet song of summertime.
Birds add your refreshing refrain.
For what better vantage point could one have
Than a nook in the tallest tree.

Sing out! Oh my sweet song of summertime.
Let the honey bees gather pollen,
squirrels collect nuts
farmers bale hay
Sing out a song of peace for the entire world

Sing out! Oh my sweet song of summertime
Sing out!
