Sing of His glory
a glorious hymn.
Sing of His story
out on a limb.
Crack of the wood
where his palms bled.
Loaf of all good—
our Living Bread.
Reasoning out.
The scourging’s in.
The mockers shout.
He forgives their sin.
Sing of His glory
a glorious hymn.
Sing of His story

Christ left in the dark.
He’s paid in full.
World appeared stark
afore angel’s pull.
Heaven’s on a roll.
The choir arises.
Himself, the scroll,
with surprises.
