Since You'Ve Gone

Since you’ve gone

Since you’ve gone the tears keep falling down my face
My heart has slowed down to a very slow pace
I miss you so, I just keep waiting for you to appear
How am I to live without you now you’re not near
Missing you smiles, the so gentle feel of your hands
The very quiet touching of our wedding bands
To sleep in the love and gentle comfort of your embrace
That always made me feel loved safe and warm
The days are now so long and the nights even longer
And I am not getting any …… younger
So soon my love the autumn will come after me
Then once again we will be together and free
