Sin Is But Ignorance

We act in ignorance and call it sin,
being sadly, the genesis of guilt,
so if we wish to be free, let’s begin
by discarding beliefs that make us wilt,
remodelling mind on such beliefs built.
Love all embracing, is quick to forgive,
so let vibrancy be the way we live,
releasing ourselves from fears forms we spawn,
knowing God’s boundless love always does give,
living mindfully, each breath a new dawn.

If, if only each breath was to be a new dawn. Such recalls a deep faith, imho. Life demands much but it also gives much. If we accept and use what is given we find life so much easier to contend with. Great poem. A definite fav too. God bless. 85H

Thank you, Robert, hope you are doing well, in mood and mode, acceptant as well as vibrant. Faith is a function of mind, related to religion, belief systems, scriptures. Spirituality is simply undoing attachments, fears, desires, imagined knowing of imaginary identity, in tranquil silence. As such, it is about becoming, feeling the transmutation within, that we know who we truly are ~ living light.

Blindness causes the better part of ignorance methinks.
