A subject simple come alive
Is now to me an awesome treat
That creates images in mind
A simple story told quite well

Give an enchanting little spell
To write of one now seems so sweet
To take a subject that's quite neat
With pictures that enchant the brain
A simple rhyme a simple beat
I love a poem with a refrain
I think it seems much like a song
That when well written's quite a feat
That when done right cannot be wrong
