Simple Things
When recalling happy memories you might find,
it's the simple things in life that come to mind.
The first time you hear your baby cry,
it can bring a tear to your eye.
Or a child playing with a toy,
you can see all their joy.
Doing kindness to your fellow man,
it feels good to lend a hand.
But the words that bring you near,
are the ones I like to hear.
There is something in "I Love You",
that makes all your dreams come true.
