Simmer
The times I break are the times I lie
Holding onto what I wished was us
I promise I'll stay strong
For the both of us you'll see
There's more to me than the obvious
Hardened and unforgiving to the naked eye
I need someone to see through me
I need someone to understand
There's a dash of hope and a pinch of fate
But this couldron can't simmer forever
It will melt and I will break
Then the lies will spill and I'll become
what we both hate
