There's nowt like human stupidity. It's even worse when it kills other people. Driving your car the wrong way down the motorway. A tired pilot landing his jet short of the runway. An ocean liner hitting an iceberg, glancing blow. Head on you jerk! You live. Shining examples of what not to do. Well intentioned examples of screwing it up. A lottery with people's lives you aint lucky to win. Human stupidity out on the edge.
