Silhouette In the Sky
Could I be one of the stars in the picture you see?
I'll settle for being part of their light that glitters and gleams
I'd rather be part of the sky without epidermis or features
Where the attraction lies in the space among heavens creatures
In powder blue that is accentuated with pale softness cotton-esque
From the rays of warmth that run the golden ladies tresses
Matching yellow frame of taut physique there in finesses
Better the round circular perfection of the silver moon
Opposite slender face with almond eyes supporting spectacles
Or the precision curves when half hides morning and noon
Behold the smile of generosity un-contained by mere receptacles
Instead of outer form being measured and compared to others
But the magic of imagination that emotions uncover
