Silently

Thinking silently by the wall, don’t give a damn about them all.
Outside its raining cats and dogs but I’m just sitting here with my
tears.
Rude and mean you’re all so foul; sometimes I just want to howl.
Your words, how they make me scowl, scowl while I drink these
beers.
Only way they’ll fade away is drinking cans of ice cold beer.
Drink away my silent tears.

This one is powerful and emotive! I like it a lot! You don't have to he depressed to write about it. We can always put ourselves in someone else's shoes. Someone out there will always relate. Hugs, Rhonda
