Silent Scream

No that was not a shout No that was not a scream Look at those French fields of green Hear the wind carry thousands of broken dreams Close your eyes and listen to your heart Close your eyes and listen to your soul They connect with the fallen Who can't ever go home No that was not a shout No that was not a scream It didn't echo from the fields Their sacrifice is forever That sound that you hear That tortured scream Is your reaction to this This now what you've felt and seen
