Silent Prayers
silent prayers
common sense
drives a sensitivity
in me
so I see what I feel
deep inside of me
it touches my soul
and if I have to cry
I chose to pour
it on out in my silent
through my
silent prayers
silent prayers
I don't need to shout
to God to hear me
if he gave me a heart
he sure will always listen
to it beat
cos I can feel his touch
in nature
it gaves my soul a healing
that I need pass on to life
so when you see my silent
sometimes am on with
silent prayers
silent prayers
nowadays the world
looks bright on the eyes
that only see themselves
on the eyes that see yet
remains blind in their sight
they don't see humanity
yet they need it
they are sort sighted on the
part of truth yet they need
to hear it
the world is bitter
yet a sugar Cain for
them
cos if they don't devalue
they got no profit
and that bleeds down on us
yes us the people
no wonder I have this
silent prayers
silent prayers
I don't need a temple
to be truthful in life
I don't need a holy chapel
to define good from bad
the feeling says a lot
even when we remain blind
in reality
forgive me God
when am weak
when I curse
when I teach
when I give
when I see
cos all I see
bring me always
speaking with you
always in my
silent prayers
am just a human
a flesh bone and blood
