Silent Cries For Help
You can’t hear my silent cries
Though I’m screaming deep inside
Pleading for someone to help me
Praying for this nightmare’s ending
You can’t hear my silent cries
Can’t you feel it through my eyes
Eyes fixed in color of pain
Drowning, treading life in vain
On the street, people passing
Can’t they see, why aren’t they asking
Indifference to my muted tears
Sinking, all hope disappears
You can’t hear my silent cries
Still, I’m weeping in my mind
Waiting for something to save me
Anguish, no more to enslave me
