Silence speaks sensually,
unhindered by a fickle tongue, or miss spoken word.
Her beauty transcends her muted world
of quietude and introspection.
And independent of sound
her body-language
expresses intimate fledgling feelings;
despite having never heard laughter
or the sound of a human voice.
Her world widens with my touch,
as my kiss ignites passion's tactile flame.
For words cease to exist
when two hearts communicate
in perfect, tranquil, silence,
like synchronized swimmers in a river of time.
Others may doubt the strength of a love unspoken,
but they'd be wrong to do so.
For love is felt more oft than heard,
as it tiptoes silently between two halves
of a single shared soul.
