I agree my friend, as the Bible says, "Be still and know that I am God." The stillness brings the bliss of being in the presence of Love. Simple and True. I like it and will add it to my FAVs list. Write On! my friend. Bill

Do you suffer from insomnia? After my fall (I still feel some pain). I have to drink a lot of water. Sometimes I fail to go back to sleep at night. Nothing helps except getting up and writing some romantic poem. Loved your poem, Seeker.

Thanks Victor. No, I don’t have sleeping difficulties. In my view, if you get up at night, don’t fight it, just be still, enjoy, meditate, nuzzle the void and drift into sleep slowly :)
