Silence of the Light

silence of the light by nightfall
darkness redeems what it cannot redress
untoward behaviors pursued by her seemed
insanely immersed in the concrete of fear
dancing with mercurial madness
divinely guided to upend her down-ness
following dream like qualities of sainthood
what is one is not the other...the other is
the other day, I noted, the sidewalk has
cracks in the minds of minions...cannot mend
without the glue of guilt and beliefs which bind
hitherto known as religious fervor of the ages
what is the possible outcome when none look
up seeing what has never been seen?
merry go round and round never to stop
until the one awakens out of this insanity
thinking you are the chosen...I guess self
selection can happen that way...your selection
and your self, aiming this world towards
that comes in many forms, fear being
the drive by of the light of night...
