Silence -->make Some Noise!

Silence In my house
                Silence Everywhere
                               Not even a squeking Mouse
                                                           Or a noisy chair

Would someone talk?!?
Would some SING!
Has anyone eaten A Sock?!
Will you Make a bell Ring!
