Silence

Here by these gates,
I wait not late;
Love ushers fate,
A fresh clean slate.

Stillness funds ease,
Deep silence wakes;
A certain peace,
A lovely stake.

Time takes deep strides,
I sync with chimes;
Truth moves my rides,
In oozing rhymes.

Silence wears poise,
In profound choice;
Love bears all noise,
Truth brings calm voice.

Sometimes I hear,
A voice that hints;
Silence endears,
A poignant mint.

It’s strange to say,
Silence speaks well;
Journey each day,
Feel stillness tell.

I set my sights,
Feel beauty bright;
Seek that sure light,
Know my soul flight.
