Silence

In the silence I lay.
in the silence I wait.
In the silence I can hear a still small voice.
Like a whisper in the darkness-
A whisper in my ear

It stirs up my soul
It stirs up my heart
It stirs up my hope

It gives life to these aching bones
and renew a weary soul.
It heals a broken heart
and brings rest to a tired mind.

It gives me new courage
It gives me new strength.
it gives me new life,
for this one has end

This voice,
where does it come from and where does it go?

Thank you Anne. Still a long way before I can be at your level though.
