Silence
Medicant!
Smooth velvet drapes
on a silken skin
Soothing evening operas;
tonic to thirsty tongues.
Tranquil!
Calm as sea breeze
Soporific lullaby sung
from the
lips of unseen spirits
Drapes of solitude
Cooing
Whispers of words.
Surreal!
Enternity-still nights in
silent neighborhoods
Coy coiling coils
Seeping stillness
Silence!
