Silence
I am bruised and broken,
on the inside, but each time
I try to express my emotions
I just can't.........
The pain builds up until I
feel like I will explode,
but the words won't flow
Sometimes pain will
block the words wanting
to express the situation
but I have to heal a bit
before I can share it
with others.
