Silence

Silence

Whispers when feelings don't own a voice
      Suffocates when love's candle dwindles
Hides sorrows behind veil of fake smile
Wears the mask of mute words
Speaks bounties when eyes with anxious hearts meet
Falls as tears when pain reaches pinnacle
A world within where resonates speechless speech
Kept at heart stolen from dark late nights

Just lovely, Purbasha. Reminds me of the language gap. My nephew and her grandchild had been in a horrible accident but made it through. He was a toddler at the time. She came from Palestine to my sister's house. We both pointed to heaven and kissed God. A moment between us. She passed away too quickly.

May God give you courage to face this loss. Some losses can never be fulfilled, but life has to go on,harsh realities.
