The star in the sky
  winked at me twice
I closed my eyes
  and shook the dice

They spilled out of my hand
  a moment too soon
Snake eyes on the table
  winked twice at the moon

We used to roll the dice when kids and we would always cringe when snake eyes came up. This took me back to my youth when life was so simple and we were poor but didn’t notice. I love this. Thank you for the memories Gershon. blessings xxoo
