Signs From Above

The sky has darkened as the 
rain begins to fall
GOD is sending us a message 
"Don't forget me at all"
As The thunder rolls with its 
mighty sound
You can see in the distance 
lightening  strike the ground
The wind is blowing so hard 
and very fast 
So much so that it makes 
you gasp 
The streams begin the flow
along the shoulder of the roads 
When this will stop, nobody
knows
The rain is cool as it touches
your face
GOD is reminding us all of
his mercy and grace
This world is chaotic at
every turn you see
When GOD comes back 
where will you be?
Look up to the sky and
let him know 
That you will be ready 
when it's time to go
Our eternal home awaits 
that we can attest 
Do everything in your 
power to do your best
GOD thank you for all that 
we have been given 
For on that third day, we 
know you had risen
