Signs

The wall's been hit, the flag's in hand, I'm ready to resign. Seems like lately, more than ever, I've prayed to see a sign. Watching a spider, cling to life, from another's bumper. Reminded me, there have been signs, one after another. The praying mantis, on the screen, braving the stormy wind. The persistent caterpillar, insisting I'm a limb. And not forget, two times this week, the ducks that made me wait. With patience the only option, knowing I will be late. All week through things in front of me, He's saying don't give up. Calm down, be patient, have some faith, this place you are not stuck.
