Sigh

Blushing winter windows
Cracked to unwind
Steamy hearts and faithful stars
True love defined
Soft burgundy kisses
Effervescent to remind
Scented candles and bubble baths
Legs intertwined
Garrulous glistening glasses
Trying not to cry
Listening eyes and toasted wives
Eternal sigh

A joy to read an older poem by one of my favorite poets Xavier. Love, Carol
