Sigh

Your words they cut worse than a knife.
You push and you shove me around in life.
You yell, you scream but it's still not enough.
I tell myself, "I just need to get tough".
You never are happy unless I'm in tears.
Just how much longer, how many years.
You corner me watching me fall to my knees.
I beg, I plead... Oh God please...

Angela, I feel the pain in your words, GET AWAY from this situation somehow, life is too short to live in fear. I was in an abusive relationship, ( even your child SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TREAT YOU THIS WAY, obviously needs help). Once upon a time, I fled in the night with nothing but courage and my life , yes my life, because I am not sure if I would have survived much longer !

I've even thought about telling her to leave, but knowing they'll have nowhere to go, how do U kick out the grandson of not even 2 years old yet. So complicated.

Trust me when I say I am looking around for somewhere to go ... Somewhere that's affordable in this day n' age

I know it sounds so simple... but not a partner... I've actually walked away from this behavior before, from her father, 20 years ago. But how do U walk away from your child, your blood... so very complicated.
