Shyness
An asset or a curse?
I wear it on my cheeks in the form of pink blotches

Shyness
Something to revere or overcome?
I keep my voice silent, while loud angry ones speak

Shyness
Does it have to do with personality or self-worth?
I ask myself this question internally, keeping quiet.

Shirley Hawkins November 2, 2021 at 6:57 PM I think it's a bit of both, personality and self-worth. Little girls were meant to be seen and not heard was a common remark that was made years ago. I used to blush at the drop of a hat if I was noticed in any way. I feel much the same today although i don't blush so much.
