Sit yourself down and join the party.
Have a drink and eat up hearty.
Real friends and family get together
Intent on enjoying the perfect weather.
Mexican food is my favorite entree.
Prepare Shrimp Ceviche my way.
Cover raw shrimp with lime juice to sink.
Ensure that it turns opaque and pink.
Veggies are chopped and ready to go.
Insert onions, tomatoes & cukes also.
Clamato & avocado is needed, as well.
Heap this and cilantro on a tostada shell.
Enjoy your creation with a Margarita drink.
