the monsters
the horrors
that keep you up
screaming
late into the night
i want to understand
the intricate
and fragile design
that is your mind
i want to meet your demons
and hear the things
they whisper into your ear
i want to hold your hand
as they tear you apart
so you know
that you aren't alone.
