Show and Tell

Stale, summer
Heat.

Boiling in this
Skin bath
Are you and I.

An obsession,
Now a memento
Of dark complexion,
Stiffened surprises.

I burrow into the
Pill case now
With no more than
An ant farm
In my pocket.
