Shoreline

I am standing at the shoreline of my mind; Tender thoughts lap like gentle waves and trickle onto the sand. You hold my hand and I love you. It is peaceful here in this heavenly haven; the undulating sea sings a lullaby of happiness as you hold my hand and I love you. The sun rises on the horizon of my consciousness. It peeps over the edge of reason and glistens, sparkling on the water. You still hold my hand and I love you. The fronds of forgiveness infiltrate the fibres of my fabric and the blurred vision in the eye of my mind is cleared now. You will always hold my hand and I'll love you.
