As a foodie and someone very interested in nutrition, I love this one. Great end line. Though for me would be pastries there! I learned something really interesting about calcium recently. It's vitamin C that makes it absorbable!! I am trying to get lots of natural vit. C now and red peppers is one of the best sources!

Red peppers popped in my head while I was penning this. But, I didn't pen it. Red peppers make the food look festive. Vitamin C huh? For digestion. I'll go for it next time I go to the grocery store.
